I live right by the Canada/USA border. I missed the Canada Day Fireworks in the place we live so on Independence Day .. three days later... Me and the bf headed down to the little town across the border that usually has pretty good fireworks each year even though the town is tiny.
I like the way this shot turned out. I like how everything is dark except for the firework. I have quite a few shots were the fireworks brightened up the sky a lot in the photo. This one turned out so neat though. It's one of my favourites out of the many I took. |

The theme of this contest is pretty much as the title states; we would like you to draw on inspiration for a piece of literature that coincides with an image of your choice. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
